Rasulullah is Never Retired
There had been, from some of the moslem people, who assumed that the main task of Rasulullah saw was only delivering the messages from Allah swt in the form of the holy Qoran. That was it. So, then whenever that task was done, they considered that the task of Rasulullah saw was already done and the prophet Mohammed saw was retire and he turned back into just an ordinary man like most of us.
The impact of such understanding then today they are not respecting Mohammed as Rasulullah saw, but they respect him just as an ordinary man. Mohammed is just a man who had already done his task, and now he had been rest forever besides Allah swt. Those are the assumptions and understanding from some of the moslem people today.
In fact those assumptions are a kind of wrong assumptions. Mohammed saw not only has task of delivering the messages from Allah swt in the form of the holy Qoran. He also has task of a leader, an excellent example of a pattern, delivering warnings and guidance messages from Allah swt forever until the end of the day.
“There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.” (QS 33:21)
For some of the moslem people who considered and assumed that Mohammed saw is already retired and already passed away, for not delivering any more messages in the form of the holy Qoran, so be reliazed that those kind of understandings are actually against their own Syahadah.
For the moslem people who stated that “Your servant be witnessed that Mohammed is the messenger of Allah”, so then he must believe that Mohammed is also the creature of Allah from the beginning and also until the end.
The prophet Mohamed saw is still deliverung the guidance from Allah swt and still be the messenger of Allah swt until today. Mohammed saw is still the messenger of Allah swt until today? Yes. And for you who does not understand and aware of this, please try to learn again from the ones who had already aware and have understanding of this. Learn from the ones who had already understood to differentiate between Ahmed and Mohammed from the Rasulullah saw self. May we all be the ones who are free from the wrong assumptions and lost understandings. (AK/ST)
