Syahadah Sentence – Fourth Part

Syahadah sentence is the first sentence ever created by Allah swt before He created the other sentences. Since the first man created, the prophet Adam as, he had already known this sentence of Syahadah.

أشهد أن لا اله الا الله وأشهد ان محمد رسول الله
‘Asyhadu an laa ilaaha illallāh wa asyhadu anna Muhammad Rasuulullah.’
Which means: “Your Servant bears witness that there is no god except Allah, And Your servant bears witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”

Most of the people when they are asked: what kind of faith and belief is actually expected by Allah swt from the Syahadah sentence? Most of the people do not know. They do not know the position of this Syahadah sentence to whom it should be stated, do not know the position of Allah swt amongst the people and do not know the position of Rasulullah Muhammad saw.

Because that they do not know, then several people were trying to guess through their mind and understanding against the propositions. So, then it rises up the concept of tawheed Rubbubiyah, tawheed Uluhiyah and tawheed Asma’ wa Shifat as the result.

Because it came from of human’s mind and understanding, and the mind or understanding of one person is different with the other person, then finall it will create a lot of tawheed concept which are different between each other. From the tawheed concepts which are different between each other then it appears a lot of sects and branches in Islamic teachings. So, the initial point of diversity and split in Islamic religion starts from this point.

Was the human’s mind and understanding already correct? According to our guru it was not. Because the most correct way to answer the above question is by asking for Guidance from Allah swt. And only by the Guidance from Allah swt we will be able to know precisely what kind of faith and belief which is actually expected by Allah swt from the Syahadah sentence.

وأشهد ان محمد رسول الله
‘wa asyhadu anna Muhammad Rasuulullah.’
1. Your servant testifies that Muhammad has name of Ahmad 2. Your servant testifies that Muhammad is the prophet of Allah 3. Your servant testifies that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah 4. Those are the things which become the main points of faith and belief which is expected by Allah swt from the Syahadah sentence. The other points which can be highlighted are that those points do not come from the mind or interpretation from propositions. But those points above were coming from the Guidance of Allah swt.

What had been revealed by our guru here is actually the most comprehensive concept of tawheed and also the most perfect one compared with the other tawheed concepts which is currently exist. This is the tawheed concept which was expected by Allah swt from all of us as His servants. A tawheed concept which explains the position of the servant, Allah swt and Rasulullah Muhammad saw.

By having faith and belief with Haq, then it will create a plant that grow thrives and bring happiness for some one who look at it. A plant that is leafy and it can cool the heart, a plant that will produce fruits which are fruitful and will create perfect characters.

So, those are kind of a true moslem should be. Not so frightening and creepy. Just like the characters of Rasulullah saw before. Be patience, honest and Sincere. (AK/ST)
